Huoshan huang ya is a yellow tea from Anhui Province in China. It is the imperial tribute tea and it dates back to the Ming Dynasty. The dry tea leaves have a shiny appearance and are very similar to Huang Shan Mao Feng tea. When steeped, the tea has a very peppery and fresh taste as well as an unusual green-yellow color. As with most bud teas, the color and fragrance are slight.
Pick up pieces of Huoshan Huangya yellow tea (About 2~4g) and threw into glass Tea Cup (or Gai Wan) about 150~200ml. Pour boiling water and brewing about 3-5 minutes then serve.
